The wise leadership has adopted an ambitious strategy to reduce community-wide greenhouse gas emissions globally to net zero by 2040 – 10 years earlier than initially proposed. The revised 2040 target is one of the most ambitious in the world.

Toronto struggles to find places for its waste as reported making landfill diversion necessary. I am keen to register the interest of Provectus Enterprising Inc. in possibly be part of the sustainability journey in particular to organic waste recycling solutions globally.

We are a Canadian company focused on reducing landfill stress and curbing GHG impacts, while creating a Circular Economy from municipal waste streams to offset Carbon Taxes from Carbon Credits earned. We have been globally recognized for our eco-friendly approach to waste management that addresses landfill stress and curbs sources of GHG emissions.

We would like to register our interest in securing a product and technology demonstration area for our Provectus Food Dehydration (PFD) System, known as the ZED Machine. The innovative solutions have already earned a Green Stars Rating for the Hotels & Hospitality sector, Universities & Schools, Food Terminals, Offshore Platforms, Rural communities, In-flight Airlines Caterings; as well as a Green Stars Rating for Golf Courses.

In addition to showcasing ZED’s abilities, we understand that locating at any facilities will create opportunities for us to work with Water Quality Centre as part of UN SDG Goals and reuse of biomass, will provide experiential learning opportunities with the team and other stakeholders, especially in areas connected to environment and look forward to having the opportunity to engage in addressing its food waste challenges.

PEI Key Responsibilities

1. Reducing Landfill Stress: PEI focuses on diverting waste away from landfills. Our mission is to curb Greenhouse Gas (GHG) impacts, by minimizing the amount of waste that ends up in these unsustainable disposal sites.
2. Creating a Circular Economy: PEI works towards zero waste and 100% utilization of end products. By doing so, PEI contributes to circular economies where resources are reused, recycled, and regenerated. This approach is aligned with regenerative agriculture best practices, promoting sustainability and resilience.
3. Educating Businesses and Consumers: PEI creates opportunities to educate businesses and consumers on how they can contribute to the Green Economy initiatives. By spreading awareness and providing lasting solutions, PEI empowers stakeholders to make environmentally conscious choices that help embed Green Covenant to Green Governance leading to creating Green Citizenship.
4. Compliance with Green Economy Commitments: PEI collaborates with municipalities to help them comply with local and International Green Economy commitments. These partnerships ensure that sustainable practices are integrated into responsible waste management strategies.
